The man pictured below is Herman Goilo a retired Police Officer from the Island of Curacao. Mr Goilo has been in our sights for some time regarding the disappearance of Amy Lynn Bradley. Amy Lynn Bradley was last seen on the morning of March 24, 1998 at approximately 5:45am in her cabin by her family.

We have been corresponding with Herman Goilo by phone and text regarding the case. Herman has told the family since 1999 that he has seen Amy Lynn Bradley on several occasions and has talked to her. He also claims that he knows who has Amy Lynn Bradley captive. He has given us several different names of Amy’s kidnappers. I will not state the names as of yet but I will tell you that Herman states he is a Cuban and is a very powerful drug dealer on the Island. Herman told us that he went over this persons house because the drug dealer was selling a Harley Davidson MC and he was interested in buying it. Herman told us that Amy was present at the house outside eating watermelon and she seemed to be fine. He even told us that he spoke to Amy and she looked at him without a smile. My question is why would a retired Police Officer go to a known drug dealers house to look at buying his MC and then have the knowledge that the girl he saw was Amy Lynn Bradley? He even mentioned her tattoos that she had. I asked Goilo why he didn’t report this to the Police Dept where he served as an Officer. Herman couldn’t give us an answer.
These conversations went on for a couple of years with the Bradley family telling them Amy was alive but just a different person, this was said numerous times in my conversations with Goilo. From the text conversations with Amy’s mother he teased her and called her “Mama” basically torturing her this whole time giving false hope to the family! What type of man would do that to the mother of a missing young woman especially knowing Goilo is a father himself. I can tell you what type of man, a CORRUPT ONE.
In October of 2024 a group of investigators traveled to the Island of Curacao to finally confront this man. At first he avoided our calls telling us lies after lies on his whereabouts, telling us he is in Aruba and then the next day Bonaire.
We located his residence and no one was home so we left him a note on a newspaper that was in his mailbox telling him to contact us regarding the important information on the missing American woman.

A day later he contacted the mother via text and we arranged a meet at Starbucks in Curacao. Mrs. Bradley called us and gave us the details on where to meet him and what time. Myself along with another investigator waited inside the restaurant along with two others outside the building as lookouts. We waited and waited, Herman Goilo was no where in sight, as we walked out I noticed a man right outside the door leaning up against a concrete column he appeared to be hiding and talking to a young girl. We walked past him and as I turned around I locked eyes with him identifying him as Herman Goilo, the man in the photos that we had. We walked up to him and introduced ourselves to him and shook hands and told him who we were. He told us, “I know who you are, I have people watching you since you arrived on the Island.” Herman seemed to be very nervous,  sweating and wouldn’t take his sunglasses off. I told him to take them off and look me in the eye. He took off his glasses and looked around to see if anyone was looking in his direction. Our conversation began by asking one simple question, Is Amy Lynn Bradley, the missing girl, alive? He looked at both of us and said yes she is but a very different woman. I asked what he meant by that and he told us they got her hooked on drugs. He was asked when the last time he saw or talked to Amy was and he said about two years before his brother died. The brother died in 2018 so that means around 2015-2016 according to the retired Police Officer. Again Goilo told us she is with a very dangerous man who is a drug dealer and has a long reach on this Island. We asked him the name of this drug dealer since he has met him and all he told us was “Bob”.

I also asked him about the taxi driver (Dechi) that was a witness and told the story of a girl wanting to borrow a cell phone. We later learned that this cab driver told the father and brother that Amy was in his cab and brought to an area on the Island where they take all the girls that they traffic. We believe the cab driver Dechi worked for these people and was most likely ripped off or not payed so he told the truth. We had information from other cab drivers on the Island that I spoke to days before that Dechi had passed away from cancer. Goilo told another story very different from Dechi’s coworkers, Dechi was poisoned and was killed. Goilo wouldn’t stop sweating and started to look around again constantly. We must have given him at least 20 chances for an out by telling him if he is not being truthful then to just tell us so the family can have some type of closure. Herman answered us by looking at us straight in the eyes and telling us that Amy Lynn Bradley was alive.

He even told us how and who took Amy off the ship! This information will be coming out shortly. He then told us he needed to go and that we would stay in touch. He walked away to a silver SUV and that was the last time we saw Herman. As we were on our flight home I texted Herman and told him let’s keep the communication open, Goilo sent me a photo of a Chess match game you play online, which at the time was strange. I then knew we were dealing with an extremely twisted and corrupt cop. I texted back to him, “Your move” he then blocked me.
Below are photos of Herman Goilo and his brother Haydal Goilo. We recently learned from an old witness that she was targeted by Herman and his brother Haydal Goilo to mislead the family and collect money from the Bradley’s.

We intend to give you more evidence at a later date. We are learning more and more each day. I truly believe that after going over thousands of letters, evidence, conversations, witness statements, voice recordings, and letters obtained from the Bradley and Holloway investigation that human trafficking was the motive in both crimes with some names popping up in both cases. There is no doubt and by Herman’s own admission that Herman Goilo was involved in the disappearance of Amy Lynn Bradley and worked for another man who I believe to be named “ Ali” from Curaçao. ( Not Alister Douglas, different person) by causing interference and security for this man. Herman had opened a security company on the Island. Goilo had already retired at the time of the abduction so you must ask yourself why would he know all of this information and still to this day claim that he has seen Amy Lynn Bradley alive and well.

Please if you have any information on this man or the case of Amy Lynn Bradley please contact us via email on the Facebook page, we assure you that you will not be named.
