The people who put up the website and respond to your messages are just partners. Paco, the local manager, is the real center of the business. (And less you think this is another case of "Global Fantasies: Cartagen" this man is a fixer and host, not a "Wingman.") Paco speaks very good English, he lived in the states for 13 years before returning to the DR so he could live a middle class life. Everyone in the resort town of Boca Chica seems to know him and a great many people around Santo Domingo too. (When they see Paco, locals stand up straighter and are quick to be friendly and make sure his guests are happy.)

Paco will meet you at the airport and then drive you a short distance to his "whore house" (a place where prostitutes live).

A line up will form and you select your first companion(s). They grab their suitcase and then Paco drives you out to the small Boca Chica hotel on the beach. Paco will see that your every need is taken care of (he'll want to know what you're drinking so he can make sure they have a large stock of your brand) and then turn you over to his on sight managers, one for days and one for nights (who sleeps there).

The rooms are modest, a large hard bed, satellite TV, refrigerator, small safe, AC and private bathroom. There's no Air Conditioning outside of your rooms, this is the tropics. The rest of the building is open to the air (with fans). There's a terminal connected to the internet at the inside bar but I didn't fly eight hours to stay inside. There's lots of outside seating and shade. There are lots of water toys, even ocean fishing tackle. (Boca Chica has a huge bathtub. At high tide the water is about 48" deep to the breakwater, half a mile out.)

The companions come in the standard varieties with little English. (Paco says they have two hours of English instruction everyday they're not working but they must be taught by American High School Students.) (The male companions are "on call" and do not live at the "whore house." Fact! Paco has at least two regular female customers who keep his studs busy.) You can change companions every day. You can have as many as you can afford at any one time. This was the first time I had to choose from an official line up and it was awkward. (At MWV I met all the companions as they hung out. And at Blackbeard's the girls will get up from their lounge chairs and approach you, one at a time, if you haven't approached them first.)

On the first full day I wanted to walk around the Colonial Zone of Santo Domingo, the first city of the Americas. (I had a couple of guide books.) Paco offered me a formal tour but when I said I preferred to just explore on my own he drove me into down and dropped me just where I asked. My Companion began by leading me down the main pedestrian shopping street, she wasn't shopping though. We had a great lunch on the Malecon (real name, "Avenue George Washington") which goes right along the water from the ship canal West. The views of the ocean were incredible (almost no beach, Santo Domingo is built on limestone). We passed four "Night Clubs:" Foxy, Baby Dolls, House Guests, Pasteur Drive. (They're full of girls in lingerie looking for attention. In some they have rooms upstairs in others you have to pay a bar fine and take her back to your place.) We also passed the International Hotel, Renaissance Jaragaura, Hilton, Casinos, Malecon upscale mall, etc.

The next day I complained to Paco that my companion hadn't wanted to walk much and was too hot. (I had twice her insulation and I come from a Northern State.) The next day he assigned me a girl who walked me to blisters and heat stroke. And then when we couldn't find a taxi she lead me through the local public busses and we made it back to Boca Chica for ($6 US) 90% less than the taxi would have charged, ~ $50 US. (I had two great days of exploring Santo Domingo with out entering a single museum, church, zoo or botanical garden. I have to go back.)

I headed to Paco's which is at the end of the Colonial Zone near the Military Memorial Park. I don't know the name of the park, but there are soldiers standing guard over a candle in it. Paco's has outdoor tables and is a great place to pick up women.

I found Pacos Gentlemans Club, near the airport. Very easy to find, it is on Las Americas highway just below the highway ramp. From the front of pacos the highway ramp from SDQ airport will be straight in front of you and above you. Good place, owner is a good guy. About 6 chicas Sunday night, no skinny chics, all were healthy (no small asses) and pleasant.

I knew the real name of the owner of Pacos gentlemans club from Buscemi. When I said his real name to him he was very surprised, he said not many people know his real name. The owner of Pacos gentlemans club speaks perfect English.

All of these photos were taken within an hour after leaving Las Americas Airport, Santo Domingo. As I always do, I rented a car from Alamo. I asked the guys at the car rental parking lot if they knew of a casa with chicas near the airport, they said casa de paco was near there. The guys at the rental parking lot told some 20 year old dominican guy to get in my car and show me where Paco bar was located. From the airport go towards las americas highway, for Paco Bar don't take the elevated ramp that goes toward santo domingo. Make a right on Las Americas and go as though you were going to boca chica. Make a U-turn at the first place you can and head on las americas highway in the direction of santo domingo. Paco Bar is located near the elevated ramp of las americas highway, less than 10 minutes from the airport. Casa de Paco (paco bar) has a swimming pool and a bar with a raised dance platform with a stripper pole. I was there around 9pm Sunday night, the chicas were nice, each one came over to me and introduced themselves. No rush, no hassle. The chicas one at a time got up on the platform and danced. If you want chicas with meat on their bones, there was a good selection there, not fat, but no skinny chicas.

Paco's is near the airport behind the overpass that takes you to the airport. It is located right next to Mundo Center. The owner juan speaks english and they have rooms right there if you wish. I have been there a few times. Some nights he has a bunch of hotties, others nothing great. As with most places in the DR it is hit or miss.

Juan used to take his hottest chicas to darren's portofino on friday and saturday nights. . . . . .but alas darren's is no more.

Before I go any further let me tell you a little about my friend Paco. I, too, had read all the glowing testimonials and taken them with a pinch of salt. I believed that he was probably a very nice bloke but, just like crazy paving, would not be all he was cracked up to be. I was wrong. A very knowledgeable and likeable guy, he used to own and run the local gas station and therefore knows everyone and everyone knows him. If you walk down the beach and back with him you will lose count of how many times you hear the words "hey Señor Paco cómo estás".

On Site Assistance: There’s only one thing that needs to be said…Paco….he serves as the personal conceriege for all the guests, and seems to be able to handle and deliver on all requests made to him. He definitely knows DR extremely well, all the locals know him, and having been a NYC taxi driver for a number of years, he knows Americans as well. Quite the combination. He also manages the chicas. He does so with the proper amount of fear and respect. In many cases, he serves as their father figure, counselor, and manager. You can tell while his primary concern is the guest, he keeps the chicas well-being in mind at all times and they truly appreciate that.

This was my first experence, so far everything that I have read was true. I took 700.00 with me because I thought I would have to pay for extras. I read about the Paco fee at the end, and I wanted to make it home alive so I thought that was enough cash. What I paid for was tiping a band, henna tatoos for the girls, and bubbles. oh I got one of those Henna tatoos too. the Paco fee at the end was $40.00 for me. that covered my drinks at all the dinners and the drinks at the disco, and the flower I got for my second girl and whatever I cant remember.

Your next great milestone is meeting " Don Paco". (hahaha, I truly hope he reads this) An unassuming man in shorts and sandals driving a black Cheev-vee (the PACO-mobile) steps into your life and changes it and you forever. If you want it or want it done, just ask. When he arrived each morning, myself and a couple other guest that liked to walk, would take our morning "tittie walk" and enjoy the smorgasborg of bare and nearly bare breasted ladies sunning themselves on the beach. It was during these walks that I gained a large respect for him, men and women both greeted him with such respect and on one particular morning, one man addressed him as "Don Paco". Paco takes care of his \'family\' of which you become a part of when you get off the plane

We then went to the hotel where we were greeted by Chago who had your beverage of choice ready for you. Chago did an outstanding job, He is at the hotel with you all the time, If Paco\'s not around all you have to do is ask Chago, day or night and he will take care of you. Ever since we left the club Maria has been on my arm. It was so nice to have someone that wanted to make your vacation an enjoyable one.

Then off to the hotel we went. Once we got there I met Carlos and he was very helpful also.

After I picked up my bag, on through customs with your last sheet. No delay - they sent me right on through. There is a long gauntlet of people waiting for arrivals - skip on through. Another gauntlet as you pass out of the airport onto a cement slope. Be looking to your left near the roadway for Paco (think Ghandi!). He was huddled in with the taxi drivers. We waited for one other to arrive and went to the PacoMobile - an old black Chevy Impala. The only air in Paco\'s car is in the tires, but you soon realize that it\'s really unnecessary with the windows down. Paco drove us to his club. This was the point everyone gets the same thought - "Oh shit, this is where they break my legs and take my cash!" as Paco drives up to a run down looking place (actually quite nice inside) with a big dude standing outside the door. You are led to an old nightclub-style place (not dark & dingy though) with at least 12 girls sitting waiting for you. I found this part a bit intimidating. You are introduced to each, and they return to their seats. Paco had them all get up one-by-one to do a little pole dance. You can tell that some of the girls are intimidated by that!

We were introduced to Carlos - you will get to know him well. He will assist you with translations (and other requests ;-)

I think the best thing, that really makes this all happen, is the TAV staff. From Jennifer and Al to Paco to Carlos and the two other guys who make sure you get whatevery you need. I had the pleasure of having Al and his brother at the resort for the last couple days of my stay. I have never had such great service!

What can I say ? Paco is definitely “the Man”. He is obviously, well known, well liked and well connected. The three guys that effectively run the resort ( the two barmen and the boatman ) together with the maid, seem to be on top of things.


Da Nancy’s restaurant is less than two blocks away. Whether we went there to eat, or had the food sent in, I was more than satisfied. There was an obvious rapport between the chicas and the staff, who looked after me well; in particular, Peter ~ who’s English is better than mine !


I honestly have nothing bad to say about my trip. I was lucky enough to be there while Jen and Al were visiting and they were great. As noted on almost all previous posts, Paco is the man. The staff was excellent and the other guests were really nice people. I had a really great time and will be visiting again in the next couple of months.

I also had the privaledge of meeting Al,Jennifer\'s partner, who dropped in for a couple of days, and got from him a much deeper understanding of the organization\'s values and what their goals were.

Before I sign up for this, I called Jennifer, which is located in FL, I felt very comfortable dealing with someone in the U.S instead of outside the U.S
You guys know what I mean, dealing with someone outside the U.S, we either get someone hardly speak English or getting someone hardly can explain all the details for our questions

I just got back from my first trip to the only resort worth going to! I had an incredible time over the last week. I was fortunate enough to meet Al and Jen, as they were down to take photos of the news girls.

OK, the resort is the same one it was just updated a lot since last visit.

Hello to all of you gentlemen, if you think my beasts/ladies are tame enough, for you to take one home, without the safeguard of finding out through me; the ringmaster, which are the beasts and which are the ladies, you are in for a surprise.

This is a pile of shoes, just pick one, it might fit you, but above all there is one, that is sized one size fits all, just try one, I am sure it will fit all of you.

It is this way, you guys come to my circus to enjoy the show and play with my ladies/beasts, you find they are quite well domesticated, and well behaved, you ask them to kneel, get on all fours, do it donkey style, swallow, will even beg (for you to send her money thru Western Union) to make it short the perfect pet to take home. But you are forgetting she is a beast/lady and its due to my training and sweets (the best pay in the business), and my whip (you are fired) that she behaves that way, soon enough you develop some rapport with one of my beasts/ladies and feel like you could come a second time to my circus, and you arranged through the normal channels for a second visit to my circus, and you come, but the beast/lady has a mind of its own, and gets the feeling she has you in her paws, and by the second day of your new trip she starts behaving like that four letter word WIFE, and you start feeling like that other four letters word SHIT.
And, I challenge you all to correct me on this; things get back in track when you mention this other magic four-letter word Paco.
From there on you start feeling like another four-letter word KING, which is the way the beast/lady has been trained by me to treat you all the time. But also by this time your brains are no more than a mass of useless silly putty, so much so you get to think the beast/lady really loves you, and start to exaggerate things, like I was pronounced dead and the beast/lady resuscitated me, your wallet is more than an open faucet, from which money flows as if water, sometimes usd $5000.00 at a time. Or even still, the girls that go out and get pregnant and then tell you it is your for you to support financially.

To finalize this message, do you really believe this beautiful, well-mannered, perfect love maker, and all other attributes that adorn my well trained, beasts/ladies in their prime sexual stage of life are at home waiting for you to come in three or four months?

Let me bring you back to reality, 90% of them are working at some other club and the rest is free lancing out on the streets or at home waiting for calls from her collection of customers she has gathered over time.
As part of their agreement to work for me, they are tested on a regular basis for disease so that you do not bring something home with you. Do you think that the beast/ladies that have left me are being tested now?
Proof of the pudding is this; get one of your friends to call her and tell her he met her at Paco some time ago and he is planning a visit to DR next month, and lets see what happens.

Question why Am I writing this? One reason you are disrupting my business, and barring other guest from enjoying my well trained girls, and at the same time believe me, you are being plain dumb. (a four letter word)

On the other hands some guests on first contact with Jennifer have told her they are coming down looking for a wife, she has passed the message to me, and I have pointed out the few of my ladies that due to their upbringing are suitable material to make a home together with a suitable guest. Notice
a said a suitable guests, I said it because in two cases the guests was not a suitable person to be married to a nice girl, and I advised the girl accordingly.
