On April 18, 2003, Amy was seen at Pier 33 (Fisherman's Wharf) in San Francisco. Two of the artist sketches were completed from this sighting, by the FBI artist from Quantico, Virginia. The witnesses were able to provide considerable information about Amy's "handlers".

Amy was with two "handlers" as they were watching a musician on the pier, near the ticket area for Alcatraz. Amy and her two "handlers" were listening to the street musician. At one point, one of her "handlers" gave her foreign coins to drop into the musician's case. The witnesses eventually identified the woman with these two men as Amy Bradley. When Amy’s "handlers" realized Amy had been recognized, they grabbed her and ran. As the "handlers" dragged her away, Amy stared pleadingly over her shoulder at the people who had identified her. At one point, she stumbled and fell to the ground.

There were no cruise ships in the port that day. Amy was described as wearing a nautical trimmed jacket. The "handlers" were described in detail by the witnesses. They were wearing matching Hawaiian shirts and cheap sunglasses. According to the witnesses, the FBI sketches are like photographs. The sketches were on the FBI website for about ten years.

This was an extremely important sighting.

The sketches of the two "handlers" seen with Amy in San Francisco were done by an FBI sketch artist from Quantico. One of the witnesses spent eight hours working with the FBI artist on these sketches. They are like photographs.

One of the San Francisco witnesses has provided important information. On the FBI website, the dark haired "handler" was described as being in his early 30s, approximately 5'11", with dark, wavy, shoulder length hair. The witness claims this description is not correct. The dark haired "handler" was about 5'5" or 5'6", at most. He was very short and thin. The FBI description was wrong.

The other "handler" was obese with red hair and a red beard.

This sketch was done in San Francisco on April 18, 2003, after Amy Bradley was seen at Fisherman’s Wharf. The sketch was done by an FBI forensic artist from Quantico. The witnesses spent many hours working with the FBI artist. This sighting was very important to Amy’s investigation. This sketch was one of three very important sketches that were on the FBI website for over ten years. The individual in this sketch has been identified as being with Amy in three locations, at three different times, by three different witnesses.

The current indictment naming Alfred Cotten is from a New York City Grand Jury, as the result of a Federal investigation by Homeland Security and ICE. These charges do not include anything connected to the sightings of Amy with the man in the sketch. Amy has not been seen in New York. The charges from New York are specifically for promoting prostitution and nothing else. The Justice Department agencies and the Manhattan District Attorney are not sharing information about this with the Bradleys. They are providing no explanations. I can only say that Amy’s story is huge. It’s very complicated and it covers many jurisdictions.

At this time, neither the Justice Department nor the Manhattan District Attorney has officially named the man in the FBI sketch as Alfred Cotten. There are currently no charges or indictments in Manhattan Supreme Court associating Alfred Cotten with Amy Bradley. We just need to wait.
